1 x Milk_Shake Integrity Nourishing Shampoo for All Hair Types (300ml) – a sulphate-Free, mild cleanser suitable for all hair types. Hydrolysed Keratin, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Argan Oil combine naturally to nourish and protect the hair whilst an Amino Acids Complex revives damaged hair and eliminates frizz. The key ingredient – Muru Muru Butter – maintains colour radiance whilst the absence of Sulphate, Paraben and Sodium Chloride leaves the hair healthy, soft and shiny. The aroma of Peach and Coconut blended with Yellow Orchid and Sandalwood enhances the shampooing experience.
1 x Milk Shake Integrity Nourishing Conditioner for All Hair Types (300ml) – has been specifically formulated to protect and preserve hair colour whilst conditioning and nourishing every type of hair. An Amino Acid Complex nourishes the hair structure with key nutrients to visibly improve the condition of dull and damaged hair whilst the key ingredient – Muru Muru Butter, combined with Shea Butter and Coconut Oil – imparts softness and shine. Especially effective on fine and dry/damaged hair, regular use of the Integrity System transforms the hair leaving it healthy and easy to manage. The conditioning experience is enhanced by the delightful aroma fusing White Flowers, Almond and Peach with Bitter and Sweet Oranges. Paraben free.

Directions of use:

Shampoo – apply evenly through wet hair. Lather and work into hair. Rinse thoroughly and follow up with Milk_Shake’s Integrity Nourishing Conditioner for All Hair Types.
Conditioner – use after washing the hair with Milk_Shake Integrity System Nourishing Shampoo for All Hair Types. Shake well before use. Apply and distribute Integrity System Nourishing Conditioner for All Hair Types over clean and damp hair, comb and leave in the hair for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Returns Exchanges & Refunds

14 Days Returns for incorrect and damaged items.

Return postage will be charged at £3.95 if goods aren't received faulty or damaged. The postal charge will be deducted from the total refund of your order.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange goods is to buy the product you require and simply return the unwanted goods to us for a exchange within 14 days. When we received your unwanted order we will exchange and deduct the return postal charge of £3.95. Due to strict hygiene rules on the sale of cosmetics, we cannot accept return of these products for exchange or refund if used or tested. If returned as “unused” we do weigh the polishes and check against the shipped weight. If we found to have been used or tested the polish will need to be returned to customer at their cost.

Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order for a full refund within 14 days. This cancellation period starts the day after purchasing the goods. All returns and exchanges must be unused and be in a re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds on goods which are used and may not offer suitable performance for hair type or colour. We recommend purchasing or obtaining free samples of products before the customer buys the larger sized product. We will honour refunds and exchanges for electrical goods which develop faults if used. Rarely orders can go missing in the post. If an order does go missing, we need the customer to confirm in writing they will assist us in a claim from the courier before any refund is issued. The courier will open an investigation, and track the delivery driver using GPS to locate where the package was delivered. The courier will also contact you. Investigations can take up to 7 working days. After the 7-day period if the goods can’t be located we will issue a full refund. Promotional Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers offered free with a product can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Acceptance of order & sale of goods We will accept order confirmation the day after the goods are received by the customer. If a product is priced incorrectly via our website or any other publication we reserve the right to withdraw the offer before the goods are shipped. However, in most cases, we would still honour the listed price if we have made a slight error with price Restocking fees

If customer return an item which is not faulty or damaged we can charge a restocking fee of 20%.
